ITINERY

1100 – Arrive at Warwick Station

1130 – Train departs for Toowoomba (Stopping at Clifton)

1300 – Arrive at Clifton Railway Station – Light lunch (Sandwiches and slices) to be served on Clifton Station

1330 – Train to depart for Toowoomba

1430 – Train to arrive at Wyreema Station for photo

1500 – Train to depart for Toowoomba

1600 – Train arrive at Toowoomba

SDSR makes every endeavour to ensure that tours operate as advertised. Unfortunately, this may not always be possible owing to unforeseen circumstances such as total fire bans, excessive temperatures or mechanical failures. In such events we reserve the right to make whatever changes are necessary, without compensation (e.g. bus transfers). However, any changes made will only be after we have exhausted all reasonable efforts to provide the tour as advertised.

Where steam is unavailable, SDSR will replace it with the Heritage Diesel Locomotive.

Times shown on brochures are subject to approval of the relevant authorities and could differ on the day. Any changes to times and or tour cancellation notices, will be emailed to you. Refunds will not be given for last minute variations to timetables caused by events outside the control of SDSR. If a Tour is cancelled by SDSR prior to departure a full refund will be issued to the value of your order. This will be issued automatically by SDSR.

During a Tour, services may be cancelled or amended by Queensland Rail (QR) on short notice.

1. Meals – If there is any dietary requirements of a medical nature please advise us by email events@downsexplorer.org.au no later than 7 days prior to departure. It is difficult to accommodate special requests on the day of travel
